1. Introduction

Welcome to Indexed.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our business coaching services. By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Indexed.com offers personalized business coaching services to individuals and organizations. Services may include, but are not limited to:

1. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is required in advance for all coaching sessions or packages.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session.

1. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Treat our coaches with respect and professionalism.

1. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions. Exceptions to confidentiality may apply if:

1. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching sessions, including worksheets, templates, and strategies, are the intellectual property of Indexed.com. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce these materials without prior written consent.

1. Recording and Redistribution

Coaching sessions are private. You are not permitted to tape, record, copy, or redistribute any part of the coaching sessions without prior written consent from Indexed.com. All coaching sessions are intended solely for your personal use and benefit.

1. Limitation of Liability

Indexed.com is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our services. Business coaching is intended to provide guidance and strategies but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indexed.com, its coaches, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the coaching services, violation of these Terms, or any other actions taken in connection with the services provided.

1. Termination of Services

Indexed.com reserves the right to terminate coaching services at its discretion, including but not limited to instances of:

• Violation of these Terms

• Inappropriate behavior

• Non-payment of fees
