5. Unintended Consequences: Any penalties, de-indexing, or algorithm changes initiated by search engines that impact your website due to our services, recommendations, or changes implemented by you.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept that Indexed.com is not liable for any outcomes related to our services and that you bear full responsibility for your website’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements.

Indexed.com reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate fully with such defense.
